Biography
Darin Boles is the Managing Attorney for the San Diego Branch Legal Office of Farmers Insurance Exchange. In that position, he manages an office with ten attorneys who handle all aspects of defending civil lawsuits. The office expanded from defending cases in the two most southern counties to a dozen counties throughout California. After an initial year as a plaintiff’s attorney in Colorado, Mr. Boles has been practicing as a defense lawyer in California for 34 years. He was with the McInnis Fitzgerald Rees & Sharkey firm before joining Farmers in 1994. He embraces trial opportunities, taking more than 35 matters to verdict, including wrongful death, paralysis and surgical cases. Mr. Boles has served as a judge pro tem and arbitrator. Mr. Boles is a long time Workshop Leader for the San Diego Inn of Court Evidence and Trial Programs. He is also a Past President of the San Diego Inn of Court.
