Darin Boles
Biography
Darin Boles served as the Managing Attorney for Southern California (south of L.A) for Farmers Insurance Exchange’s staff counsel. In that position, he managed an office with twenty-one attorneys who handled all aspects of defending civil lawsuits. After an initial year as a plaintiff’s attorney in Colorado, Mr. Boles practiced as a defense lawyer in California for 37 years. He was with the McInnis Fitzgerald Rees & Sharkey firm before joining Farmers in 1994. He embraced trial opportunities, taking more than 35 matters to verdict, including wrongful death, paralysis and surgical cases. Mr. Boles served as a judge pro tem and arbitrator. Mr. Boles is a long time Workshop Leader for the San Diego Inn of Court Evidence and Trial Programs, and he is a member of ABOTA. He is also a Past President of the San Diego Inn of Court.
