Biography
Mr. Gallo’s private practice is concentrated in complex litigation (i.e., class actions, multi-forum litigation, and multi-party litigation). Mr. Gallo has successfully tried more than a few class actions to judgment, as well as many other complex cases. The scope of Mr. Gallo’s practice includes employment law (including wage-and hour), consumer class actions, and business and financial disputes. Mr. Gallo has served as a Workshop Leader for the San Diego Inn of Court Evidence and Trial Practice Programs, and as Program Chair for both Programs. Mr. Gallo is a past President of the San Diego Inn of Court.
