Patricia P. Hollenbeck

Patricia P. Hollenbeck represents her clients in a broad range of business matters before state and federal courts, as well as arbitration. She is also a Commercial Arbitrator for the AAA (American Arbitration Association), as well as a mediator. She has tried civil jury and bench trials, and has arbitrated over 100 cases to award. Areas of focus include trade secrets; invasion of privacy (CIPA); partnership, corporate joint venture, and other business disputes; franchise litigation; and injunctive relief (TROs and injunctions).

Ms. Hollenbeck is active in the San Diego legal community. In addition to the San Diego Inn of Court, she is a Master in the American Inns of Court (Louis M. Welsh Inn), where she also serves on the Executive Committee, and an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She is a former President of Lawyers Club of San Diego, and has served on many boards, including the San Diego Federal Bar Foundation, San Diego County Bar Association, the Downtown San Diego Partnership, the Tom Homann Law Association Foundation, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, San Diego. Ms. Hollenbeck has served as a Workshop Leader for the San Diego Inn of Court and has also served as the Program Chair for the Evidence and Trial Programs. She is a past President of the Inn.
