Patricia Hollenbeck

Patricia P. Hollenbeck is a partner in the Trial group at Duane Morris LLP who represents her clients in a broad range of business matters before state and federal courts, as well as arbitration. She is also a Commercial Arbitrator for the AAA (American Arbitration Association). She has tried civil jury and bench trials, and has arbitrated over 100 cases to award. Areas of focus include contract claims; franchise litigation; partnership and corporate dissolution; joint ventures, and other business issues; consumer claims; invasion of privacy (CIPA); trade secrets; and injunctive relief (TROs and injunctions). Ms. Hollenbeck is active in the San Diego legal community. In addition to the San Diego Inn of Court, she is a Master in the American Inns of Court (Welsh Inn) and an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She is a former President of Lawyers Club of San Diego, and has served on many boards, including the San Diego County Bar Association, the Downtown San Diego Partnership, the Tom Homann Law Association Foundation, and ABTL, San Diego. Ms. Hollenbeck has been a Workshop Leader for the San Diego Inn of Court. She is currently the Inn’s Vice-President and the Program Chair for the Evidence and Trial Programs.
